In my own opinion, genetic engineering is a neutral activity. How man uses it and what it makes of man as an effect is what makes it bad or good. The first use of genetic modification in humans was merely for the treatment of diseases. However, as technology so powerful starts to get a hold of each of us, genetic modification has now become a commodity that tolerates vanity as people now use it to achieve certain physical characteristics that were not the original blueprint God has intended for us and at the same time wishes to fight mortality which has never been a destiny of man.
